Welcome to Fitro Nutrition. This Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made through our website, fitronutrition.com, and governs the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and our company.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. Order process
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is formed once the product has been shipped and a shipping confirmation email is sent.
3. Pricing, currency & language
Our website uses Tools that automatically detect the customer’s location to display content in their local language and show prices in their local currency.
What this means:
– You will see product prices in your own currency (e.g., EUR, DKK, SEK) depending on your IP address or shipping location.
– The checkout and payment process will also default to your local currency.
– You can manually change currency or language at any time using the selector located in the site header/footer.
Please note:
All transactions are ultimately processed in EUR (€) for accounting and legal compliance under German VAT law. The displayed currency is for informational purposes, and minor conversion differences may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
Minor discrepancies due to currency conversion rates or international bank fees may occur and are not the responsibility of Fitro Nutrition.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.

We offer delivery across all EU countries.
Shipping Times:
– Germany: 2–4 business days
– Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

We offer tracked shipping to all countries within the European Union. Shipping options and delivery times may vary by country, and this information is displayed dynamically on our site based on your location.
6. Right of withdrawal (Return Policy)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the German Civil Code (§355 BGB), private customers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to Cancel:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at Order@fitronutrition.com within 14 days and provide:
– Your order number
– Product(s) you wish to return
– You may provide a reason for the return, but this is not required under your statutory right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions:
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
– Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for refund
Return Process:
– The customer is responsible for properly packaging and securely returning the product.
– If the return is made without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
– We do not issue refunds for items that are opened, used, or returned in poor condition
8. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement or refund you in full, depending on the situation.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
9. Restrictions on sales
– We do not sell to minors under the age of 18
– Products are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed
– We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or bulk orders that may violate our terms
10. Product availability & changes
We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will inform you and offer a suitable replacement or refund.
11. Liability
Fitro Nutrition is not responsible for:
– Delays caused by customs or local postal services
– Misuse of our products outside of intended use
– Allergic reactions – please read ingredient lists carefully before purchasing
Consult your physician before using dietary supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
12. Legal jurisdiction
All purchases are subject to the laws of Germany, the country of incorporation of Fitro Nutrition. However, as a cross-border EU e-commerce seller, we also comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, in accordance with EU regulation (e.g., EU Regulation 2018/302 and Directive 2011/83/EU).
Disputes may be handled via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here. Fitro Nutrition is not obligated but willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
